By providing this information to us, you acknowledge and consent that we may contact you from time to time regarding services and products we provide that we feel may be relevant to you. If you do not wish for your data to be retained, simply let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will delete your data from our systems.
- We use WooCommerce as our e-commerce store, and Stripe for our store payment method. Information you provide through purchasing a subscription will be used by us for the purposes of processing your order.

Any information collected through this website is used for the purposes stated above and will never be disclosed to third parties except where this has been clearly outlined. A general exception to this rule is where the disclosure is required by Law.
Right of Access
Under section 4 of the Acts a person has a right to be given a copy of his/her personal data, through a Subject Access Request. A Subject Access Request should be made in writing to email@example.com. Please note that if you have not received a response within 7 days it is possible that your email has been lost in a junk folder and you should instead try another contact option through the Contact page. The fee which will be charged for this is €6.35 and we will reply within 40 calendar days. The fee will be payable to our bank account (details supplied upon receipt of email) and identification will also have to be provided in order to verify the identity of the requesting user.
Once the fee and identification has been received by SPV Reporting Services Limited, we will provide a full and complete copy of all personal data that we have retained subject to the requirements of the law.
Right of rectification or erasure
Under section 6 of the Acts, a person has a right to have his/her personal data corrected, if inaccurate, or erased, if the company does not have a legitimate reason for retaining the data. We shall respond and comply with this within 40 calendar days of the receipt of such a request and no fee is to be charged for this. The contact options specified above should be used.
